Narrative
The state provided a $750,000 grant for sewer work as well as a $500,000 Community Development Block Grant for a water tank and water lines. A state official said that the local government matched each of these grants, but local officials did not initially respond to requests from Good Jobs First for information on the project. We later learned that the facility received a phased property tax abatement through 2018, the value of which was not available.
